    It is produced from normalized pasteurized milk, table salt, dry dill using lactic starter cultures on the basis of the Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

  • Soft cheese “Adygheisky” 45 % of fat

    It is produced from normalized pasteurized milk, salt and fermentation on the basis of  Lactobacillus bulgaricus.

  • Soft fermented cheese "Pripyatskiy" 12 % of fat

    It is produced from buttermilk and skimmed milk with lactic acid bacteria ferment.
